We come from a wonderfully diverse school with students who LOVE to learn! They work hard each day to be responsible, respectful, safe, and kind to their peers and their teachers. We have transformed our school into a project based learning and STEAM environment where our students have opportunities to explore, question, and dive into topics that matter to them.
We work daily as a community to learn about many different things occurring in our community and world. In the Fall we create our own inventions that help a community helper based on an animal adaptation. In the spring we study pollinators, native plants to our state, how pollinators and plants are connected, and how to grow a healthy garden. As a low-income school we could use any help from our wonderful community to make our Project Based Learning projects and exhibitions even more of a success!!
