Many of my students are new to high school and are ready to start the path to higher education. They enjoy trying new things and learning through different methods. Being in Colorado, my students are active and respond best when they can move around the classroom. The school they attend has a high poverty rate, and most students do not have the resources or materials needed in today's education system. Their school is doing the best it can to get the materials the students need to be successful but, as in most school districts, funds are low and they cannot provide everything that the students need.
