I teach in a collaborative co-teaching classroom (CCT) a general education setting where all students learn side-by-side. In this program, a general education teacher and a special education teacher work together to support the diverse needs of all of our students, including those with IEPs. We believe that every learner brings unique strengths, and our students genuinely learn from one another. Through shared experiences, differentiated instruction, and a supportive classroom environment, we have been able to create a space where every child can grow, connect, and thrive.
