My students come from a low socio-economic area and over half the class are second language learners. Many of them do not have Internet access at home, which hinders their understanding and usage of technology in the class.
Despite their socio challenges, my students absolutely LOVE to learn. They face challenges with a good attitude and desire for more at the end of their favorite subjects, social studies and science. They are also very supportive of one another and look out for one another in and outside of the classroom.
