Students will use the Wobble stools, floor cushions and floor desk to help burn off uncontrolled energy. Student will have better posture and be more attentive because they are more comfortable in a safe and learning environment. Research shows that every child has a specific learning style, therefore, not all children can learn successfully sitting in a chair at a desk all day. I want to create a more comfortable and inviting classroom that provides my students with flexible seating options so students that have difficulty sitting all day long can still be actively engaged. Many flexible seating options stimulate students’ sense of touch. This type of stimulation can help children focus and process information.
