I have learned a lot from my students. They come into my classroom with many stories and diverse backgrounds and I am humbled to be their teacher. Many of my students are on a free or reduced breakfast/lunch depending on parents financial needs. Some of my students are also classified as homeless. We have many different programs that help our students and their families needs. My school is considered a Title 1 school where we do get some funding based off of the demographics of our families. Many of our families are working class and just trying to make ends meet.
