My class is made up of 15 wonderful 3 to 5 year-old students. We are interdistrict magnet school with students from urban and suburban areas. Our school has a focus on STEM education. Students are provided free breakfast and lunch daily. Most of them come from low-income households and attend before and after school care for free or at low cost. For many students, school is their only exposure to a variety of hands-on activities and experiences. My students are excited scholars who have a passion for learning. I want to help my students create a strong and meaningful educational foundation.
