We are building our brand new ECSE classroom here at our school! The carpet is where we will start and end our time together and is where lots of cooperative learning happens. Carpet time supports academic and social-emotional skills as well as helps us be responsible in the time of COVID.
This rug will provide a space to reinforce their color knowledge, help students establish boundaries in finding their own space, and assist with daily routines. Starting their day with a cheery space will help create a welcoming environment for all of our students to learn.
