My students are a curious, excitable bunch who are always asking "what's next?" and are eager to learn about the world around them - particularly if it involves snakes, spiders, or any other creepy, crawly creature that might make you squirm!
Our classroom offers students with differing needs the chance to access the same content as other students with the support they need to be successful. Our school has a 100% rate of free or reduced price lunch and 45% of our students have special needs. Nearly 20% of our students have limited English proficiency.
Although many of our students have significant challenges, they are excited to come to a stable and nurturing place each day where they are encouraged not to just become well-developed academically, but also to become well-rounded citizens who are capable of changing the world.
