My classroom is full of diverse and kind-hearted students that have a love for learning! They are especially interested in reading stories that take them to other places as well as conducting science experiments.
My students are diverse not only in the way that they learn, but also cultural. We have several students from different tribes throughout the United States, which they love to share their families traditions with myself and their peers!
Our classroom is a calm place where they can come in and receive a meaningful learning experience. We utilize a lot of hands on manipulatives and gross motor learning tools in every subject.
I believe that when my students have the ability to work with their hands and visually see the material that they are learning, they are gaining a more meaningful learning experience.
