Preschool children learn through high interest, hands-on learning experiences. What better way to teach math and science, than through cooking up some tasty treats? This project will allow our students to explore, taste, and create all while learning important academic concepts.
Our classroom is made up of a diverse group of students with a range of learning abilities, cooking is a great way to meet every student where they are. These materials will be used in the classroom weekly as most of our student will be in-person learning next academic school year. In the event that we continue to have remote learners, cooking is a great way to bring everyone together.
