I teach bilingual students at a Title 1 school. They are bright and have great potential, but many of them have limited access to technology and the arts at home. My students need 21st century technology to enhance their learning experience and have the tools necessary for their future success. They need quality books to develop a love of reading so they can be lifelong learners. If music can be integrated into math, science, and other subjects, my students will have a better learning experience. They'll be more well-rounded and better prepared for the future.
