I currently work in a Title I School district, with culturally diverse students, most of which are of lower socioeconomic status. Although these students come with emotional, physical, and educational disadvantage, they have the potential to learn and be successful. They are going through many things you and I may never understand, and I strive to promote a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming learning environment for all students to achieve and believe in their abilities. The students I work with have special needs, increasing their educational obstacles, but in no way hindering their potential for greatness and right to a fulfilling educational experience.
