Working at a small school is wonderful because it is easier to create a strong school community. Teachers watch their students grow and flourish years after they leave their classroom. Teachers create strong relationships with their peers as they collaborate year after year. In the classroom, I loved creating a fun and encouraging environment for my students to grow and blossom in. Now, I have the chance to do the same on a whole school level.
