I am eager to return to the classroom to start cooking. For the first time I am teaching freshman so I need my classroom to be less intimidating by adding bulletin boards and color. My students need aprons and hats to stay compliant with safety and sanitation. Students are not allowed to take food out of the kitchen this year and I want them to be able to take photos and display what they are proud of. I also want to encourage more students to take my class by having students make a bulletin board in the hallway that displays their creations.

About my class
