My 3rd-5th grade students are learning computer programming. As students create their own stories and programs through coding, sometimes they need to go back and reference a particular part in their coaching videos. This is hard to do if everybody in the class is working on different sections. It also holds some of the students back if I have to show each individual video as a whole class. With their own headphones, students can watch the videos over and over until they grasp the concept fully without disturbing their classmates. Students can move at their own pace and take ownership of their own learning.
