As a first-year teacher, my classroom library is lacking. I want my classroom reading corner to be a cozy, welcoming space where students can read and browse through a rich collection of texts. My goal is to ignite their desire to read! Help me build an adequate collection of fiction and non-fiction books at varied levels that will accommodate the many interests and abilities of my students. These books will help me provide students with materials for story time, independent reading, and an opportunity to assess their skills as I plan for small group instruction.
