I am a second-year Special Education Teacher. I am fortunate enough to be teaching such an awesome group of students! I teach in a District 75 school: citywide educational, vocational, and behavior support programs for students who are on the autism spectrum, have significant cognitive delay, are severely emotionally challenged, are sensory impaired, and/or are multiply disabled. It has been proven that students learn well in an environment that is structured yet warm and inviting. My students are awesome and deserve the best education possible. I can only hope that I can give them everything they need this coming school year!
