My students are the sweetest little learners! They are so smart, caring, and kind, and just want to be loved, have friends, and learn! They love to help and be independent. Our students love anything sensory related. They also love to build, play pretend, and be creative in many ways. I have 8 students in an inclusive special education preschool classroom. This year 6 of my students are identified with autism, and have varying abilities and needs. My students receive speech therapy, occupational therapy, and social emotional lessons once a week from the school counselor. I have a mixed age class with students who are entering kindergarten next year, and students who will stay in preschool for one more year after this one. My students are fun, and silly, and each one of them has their own personality that makes them unique and adds something special to our classroom!
