My students are first through fifth graders, the majority of whom are of Hispanic or African-American descent. They attend a Title-1 public school in California. Our school has about 450 students who are all eager to learn about music.
Students come to music class twice a week. They love coming to music class and learning to express themselves through singing, dancing, and playing classroom instruments.
