Most of my students come from low socioeconomic homes, where majority of the students receive free lunch. Our school make up is very ethnically diverse, with majority of students being Hispanic, and all of them want to go to college. Some of my best students stay in single bedroom apartments with several families living together. Most are very appreciative and kind spirited, but often miss out on many everyday experiences due to financial situations.
