Covid-19 has caused more underlying problems in education than most people realize. My students are lacking foundations that we are working hard to help build and get them ready for the future. My project is about getting my students excited about STEM experiences. My students are going to love engineering their mini cars. We will be using the whiteboards and expo markers not only in the design stage of our STEM project but also with our daily mathematics, spelling, and science lessons. The mirror sheets are going to be for our kaleidoscope, which is another STEM project we do in my class. The snap circuits are so awesome because it allows students to engineer over 300 projects. I’m excited to be able to give my students these amazing STEM projects and experiences to help strike that love for learning. I also asked for storage bins to help properly store all the amazing new components we will be adding to our classroom.
