Students in my class are very excited to be in band. The school has to provide a lot of instruments and supplies for students who cannot afford them. Students share enthusiasm and want to make the program better. Currently the eighth graders are helping to create a mentoring program, where the interested eighth graders can stay after school to help the beginning students.
