My wonderful group of students derive from a low income neighborhood but they do not let their situation handicap their performance! The students love Culinary Arts and the ability to create dishes that they can share with their families. I teach my students scratch-cookery to enable them to create meals when they may not have a box with all the ingredients together, but they'll know their cooking foundation and flourish!
