Hello! I am a second teacher in a low-income, urban Chicago public school where 70% or more of our students live in lower income households. My students walk into the classroom every morning with lots of smiles and happiness. Each of my students are special and they bring lots of joy and laughter to the classroom. They help and depend on each other, they work and try so hard to do well and succeed in school. I truly enjoy getting to know each of my students and help bring out their talents that will one day shine on all of us. "There is no greater work in the world than teaching and loving children (W. Peterson)."
