Technology in my classroom consists of two computers and iPads once a week, having the iPods for the listening center would open up technology and audiobooks to my students in a way that a 15 year old cd/tape player never could. Students would be able to use the technology independently, as they all know how to use tablets. Audiobooks would be loaded and they could choose which book they wanted. Right now they all have to listen to one book. Technology brings choices and choices are a wonderful thing. Let's open the world of books to my students through technology!
