I have 26 enthusiastic and energetic 2nd grade students. They are creative children who need extra experiences, opportunities, and resources to enable them to reach their maximum potential. They enjoy learning and new experiences. I don't only want to nurture this joy, I also want to validate it.
We are a public school in California with 350 students enrolled in Pre-K through 5th grade. Our school qualifies for the federal lunch program allowing all students to receive free breakfast and lunch. 90% of our students qualify for Title I funding and 95% of our students are Hispanic or Latino. 100% of our student population deserve the best education and learning experiences we can offer.
