I teach predominantly 9th grade Biology students in the fall, with a few 10th graders mixed in. In the spring I teach Environmental Science to predominantly 11th graders, with quite a few 12th graders mixed in.
My students are funny, kind, and incredibly resilient! It brings me joy teaching them every day; and I continue to work to be the best teacher I can for them.
Following my first year of teaching, I am excited to make constructive changes to my lessons, and the overall atmosphere in my class. I know I want my both of my classes to be even more interactive during the 2018-2019 school year than they were this year; with more labs, outdoor activities, and trips off campus.
