The pencils will makes my students engage in their interactive notebook, the papers will be used to create a hand-on activity in which students will actively learn about a science or math concept. We will use the glue to establish the interactive notebook. These supplies help students make the connection between in class learning, internalizing the information and putting their own spin on it. Many of the students have the ability to work through a problem with a teacher or tutor but need help developing the independent level of work. All of these supplies are used to create, enrich and learn from an interactive notebook of the student's own learning. The same material is covered in class but described and written in their own hand.

About my class
