Unfortunately, my students do not have a proper classroom/lending library. A classroom library with rich content and on level texts will enhance their learning! The books I've chosen will allow them to read about certain academic content in addition to choosing from a range of subject matter. Also, most of my students do not have books at home and having a functional lending library will encourage and support their curiosity. I'm excited that Scholastic Books has leveled sets in order to give my students (I serve many grade levels and reading levels) access to the library.
