I have seventh graders attending a school where most of the student body is on the federal free lunch program. They enjoy doing the projects presented in my class where they have an opportunity to show their creativity and express themselves. Using tools such as our SMART board, responders, and graphing calculators has given them opportunities to learn because they provide the instant feedback that has become a necessity for today's learners.
