Thank you for visiting my class project page! I teach kindergarten, first, and second graders in a K-4 elementary School in a suburb of Chicago. My students have a variety of disabilities including developmental delay and specific learning disability. I have the pleasure of working with them in the general education setting via coteaching as well as within the resource room where I provide small group interventions.
Many of my students come from low-income families and are eligible for free breakfast /lunch. Many are also English Language Learners. Despite all the challenges they face they come to school every day with a smile on their face, ready to learn. They're a joy to work with!
