I work at one of the largest school in Nevada. We have over 1,100 students and are still enrolling daily! Our budget has been slashed and we are unable to purchase these items for our class. I teach two half day sessions of kindergarten (26 in each class) and my numbers are continuing to grow. The students come from various backgrounds and in many, English is a second language. Many of my students came in knowing little to no letters and many have little to no exposure to books and reading.
