The students in my class are pulled out for extra reading intervention on a daily basis for 30 minutes. I like to make my class fun and interactive so they do not see this extra attention as a punishment. The students enjoy working on reading and want to become better readers. Our school is a Title I school and is a high poverty school with over 70% of the students being on free or reduced lunch.
