My class loves to have group discussions! We have transitioned over to tables instead of individual desks so that it is easier to have small group discussions. Now all we need is a larger area to have a whole class discussion. My students love to have engaging conversations! Having a rug for the class will make it easier for us to gather in an orderly manner as well as making sure each student has a comfortable and inviting place to join the conversation. The great thing about this rug is that we are able to have a whole class conversation as well as partner discussions! I want to make my class their home away from home.
