I teach students with multiple significant disabilities in one of Sioux City Iowa public High Schools . They are age 15 - 21 and we work on functional academics as well as life and social skills. My students need is visual or tactile, the toys have the power to capture our kids' attention, making the right sensory toy a powerful reinforcer (reward) in applied behavioral analysis programs.
