My ten students in our Structured Learning Class (SLC) have big hearts and work harder than most students. Their autism creates cognitive delays. They would benefit from being able to use multisensory supplies, basic supplies, leveled books, and tangible rewards. It motivates them. These supplies may also be used with my class of 19 study lab students who also have identified disabilities but not autism. Multisensory approaches to learning help students who want to learn like my students do.
