Having a large carpet will allow my students to work collaboratively in the classroom environment. Our current rug isn't large enough for all of my students to have a spot. During our daily "carpet" time, we read stories, get inspired, and challenge each other. Having an accessible marker board/chart paper holder, that allows us to write together with peer and teacher support. Our students work best when they work together supporting, pushing, growing with their peers! We want to be an inclusive class that recognizes the value of each student!
