This year, we have a very ambitious and hungry group of athletes. In my first meetings with them, they expressed to me the need for a more competitive environment and to do more than "just get the ball over the net". They need more than just to play the sport, they need to learn the sport and strive in it. They yearn for more complex thinking and the details of what makes Volleyball great.
