Please support my AP Biology students by donating funds to augment my biotechnology unit. I wish to have my students conduct research in the field of genetic modification of bacteria using plasmid cloning techniques and recombinant DNA technology. The main purposes of this project are to accumulate a stock of DNA plasmids for the required AP labs that I have to buy every year as well as verse my students in an inquiry approach to this expanding field that affects everything from medicine to agriculture to forensics.
