The Pod Squad Student Help Desk is as an independent study course (1/2 credit each semester) designed to provide more technology-related technical support to the student body and instructional staff. The Student Help Desk is an independent, problem-based learning environment that provides students with firsthand experience integrating technology in an educational context. Our students engage in troubleshooting, developing and sharing tutorials, provide face-to-face instructional support to staff and students, respond to student and staff technology needs, and publish app reviews.
