Some of my students are low income and can't afford supplies to keep their district instruments in working condition. This year, a Native American student joined the beginning orchestra. His parents couldn't help him get an instrument or supplies. I was really grateful I had a district instrument to loan him. There were also some supplies to lend him that had been donated. When students like this have a well working instrument with good strings they have a foundation for success at home and in class. This donation will benefit individual students. This will in turn help the 8 groups in the orchestra program sound better and have more success! Thank you for your consideration to this worthy cause. We really appreciate it!
