As soon as you walk into my class, you may notice it is rather noisy. Listen closely, and you will hear lots of enthusiastic discussion about the learning taking place - they are a very focused, high-achieving group that is learning to take more control of their education. My wonderful fifth grade students live in a suburban area and attend an affiliated charter school in California. They truly enjoy learning and love being challenged in various ways in the classroom.

About my class
