I have 40 wonderful, hilarious, and eager to learn students at an inner city school in Cincinnati, OH. These students are coming from low-income households. No matter the obstacles they may face outside of school, my students come to my classroom ready to learn each day. They enjoy the meaningful experiences they have in the classroom, whether it's working with me directly or working with their peers.
A large number of my students are well below the 2nd grade reading level. They have come a long way but are still working to reach the 2nd grade reading level. My students are determined, enthusiastic, and thoughtful. They have so much drive and potential. With necessary resources, I know my students will be successful in their education!
