Students will be using this pickleball sets to learn and practice gross motor skills such as balance, striking, hitting, and hand eye coordination. Students grades 4th-6th grade, 12 classes of students, will benefit from this equipment. Students will work on team work, following directions, cooperation, exercise and recreational activities.
My goal is for students to develop a love for being active and staying fit. I hope that my students learn how to play a game and use all equipment with respect. The donation of this equipment will benefit over 300 students in our PE program. Pickleball is a great game that requires skill and exercise while having fun.
I would appreciate the donation to allow my students an opportunity to learn a game that many may not of heard of thus opening them up to trying new activities.
Thank you,
