Adding additional plyometric jump stations and pull up stations will increase the amount of participation time my students get in our fitness lab. Currently the kids need to wait, for a lengthy amount of time, until it's their turn to use the plyo or pull up stations. The wait time is boring for them! My students understand what they need to do in order to maintain a healthy and fit lifestyle; we work on it in class each day! With the addition of just a few more pieces of equipment per exercise they will get more time to actually work on achieving their fitness goals.

About my class
