The population of Frank Elementary is approximately 500 students from 4K through fifth grade and is high-poverty. Ninety-eight percent of our students receive free or reduced lunches. Our students come to school with the understanding that school is a safe place to learn. Students have the desire to learn, but have limitations. The teaching staff at Frank is compassionate about the students and want to see the growth of students academically, socially, and emotionally. We are dedicated to the success of our students.
