I teach the first grade class in a low-income school district. The entire school gets free breakfast and lunch provided daily. Our school district consists of one classroom of each grade, pre-k- 8th grade. My students enjoy being at school and are energetic. They are amazing, caring, loving, smart, fun students that make my job exciting! The students love to learn through hands on projects! Unfortunately I cannot fund all the projects that would help them be successful in life, which is why I am asking for help! I cannot control their lives at home, but at school I can provide them with learning experiences that will inspire them to love school and set them up for success.
