Students will be learning about coding through hands-on interactive robots. These will allow even my youngest students (pre-K) to learn about coding! Just in time for the upcoming Hour of Code in December. My colleague in another school shared what she learned about Ozobots from the recent New Jersey Science Teacher's Convention. The presenters said that even students with behavior challenges were engaged and motivated when using these robots. My colleague was able to obtain a set through ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½. To help unify the district elementary STEM experience, I would like my students to have similar learning opportunities to engaging with Ozobots during Science Lab. With an extracurricular STEM club beginning soon, students will be able to use Ozobots after school as well!
