My students will use an iPad in art class to research artists and images for different projects. I have learned that my 6th grade students love to draw. They have my class for half of the school year and I have seen kids come from having never taken an art class to being able to draw and shade a self portrait.
My art room needs, to be brought to the 21st century with some new technology. The students will have access to the iPad every day. They love to use my books as reference, but most of the time I print pictures at home for them. Having an iPad in class would give them immediate access to million of images.
This iPad can help improve their knowledge and artistic skill while in art class.
